The Ugo Bordoni Foundation is an higher learning institution which aims to achieve and sustain research and scientific studies applied in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, electronics and multimedia services in order to promote the scientific process and technological innovation.
On the occasion of the Centenary of the Nobel Prize to Guglielmo Marconi, between November 2009 and December 2010 the Ugo Bordoni Foundation has been organizing a cycle of three days entirely dedicated to the great scientist and his legacy:
- November 9th, 2009, Guglielmo Marconi, 100 years after the Nobel Prize;
- December 11th , 2009, Guglielmo Marconi: the radio, the Nobel Prize, and the 100 years that shocked the world;
- January 28th , 2010, Guglielmo Marconi, the Businessman. How to encourage investments, entrepreneurship and innovation.
There will be present, as speakers, some of the highest authorities of the State and of financial, economic and industrial nationwide sectors.
We take this opportunity to introduce the full program of these three days.
Program of the three days that between November 2009 and January 2010 the Ugo Bordoni Foundation will dedicate to Guglielmo Marconi and his scientific and business legacy.
